Value Mobile is iConnect’s latest wireless offering providing the lowest cost and highest value wireless plans on Guam.

What kind of services does Value Mobile provide, and how much?

Value Mobile offers daily, weekly and monthly prepaid unlimited calls and SMS on Guam, to the U.S. and the Philippines, and unlimited LTE data depending on chosen packages.

*Rates are exclusive of the monthly fees and charges such as E-911, LNP surcharge and USF. Directory assistance calls using 411 will be charged $0.45/min. All Value Mobile plans require the purchase of a SIM card. A one-time charge of $15.00 is added for the SIM card.

On what devices will Value Mobile work?

Value Mobile works with the device of your choice—whether iPhones or Android.

Do you offer free phones if I sign up?

Value Mobile doesn’t offer free phones because unlike other mobile plans, Value Mobile does not require a contract.

Can I buy a Value Mobile SIM only?

Yes, when you subscribe to Value Mobile, you will need to purchase a SIM card for $15.00. This is a one-time charge. You have the option to get a new number or port your existing number from another carrier, into your Value Mobile SIM.

Is it really Unlimited Data?

Yes it is. Data overage is not charged. Once you reach the subscribed LTE data allowance (either 10gb or 15gb) your data speeds may slow down but will still be usable. However, it will not be the same speed as the first 10gb or 15gb depending on your subscribed data package.

What does 10gb at LTE speed mean?

This means the first 10gb of data are at the fastest speed possible subject to network capacity. Data consumption beyond 10gb may be provided at slower speed.

What does 15gb at LTE speed mean?

This means the first 15gb of data are at fastest speed possible subject to network capacity. Data consumption beyond 15gb may be provided at slower speed.

What if I need all high speed Unlimited Data?

If you have need for all high speed data, please subscribe to the Value Mobile Plan C at $49.99. On this plan, all data is sent at the fastest speed possible subject to network capacity.

What does Auto Pay mean?

Auto Pay means Automatic Payment and provides a convenient way for Value Mobile subscribers to make their monthly payments. It requires that a valid Visa/Mastercard/American Express credit or debit card be provided for each Value Mobile account. A Value Mobile account may contain several devices under one account. At the beginning of each month, the credit or debit card will be charged the monthly cost of the subscription (rate with mandated fees and charges) plus any overages in long distance calling if they occur. Value Mobile subscribers should ensure that the registered credit or debit card is always valid to avoid the inconvenience of disconnection.

How does billing work in Monthly Value Mobile services?

Does Value Mobile have a contract?

No. Value Mobile is contract-free.

What happens if I exceed my 1,000 Mins (VM-A) or 3,500 Mins (VM-B) of calls to the US?

Calls to the US in excess of the 1,000 Mins (VM-A) or 3,500 Mins (VM-B) are chargeable at $0.10/min.

What happens if I exceed my 60 or 90 Mins to the Philippines?

Calls to the Philippines in excess of the 60 Mins (VM-B) or 90 Mins (VM-C) are chargeable at $0.10/min.

Where can I sign up for the Value Mobile plans?

You can sign up for any Value Mobile plan at the iConnect Main Office at 543A North Marine Corps Drive, Tamuning (across the DPW One Stop Center) or at any of the iConnect retail stores at the Micronesia Mall, GPO and the Agana Shopping Center. Is Value Mobile also available in Prepaid?

Yes, for those who think Prepaid is the way to go, we have Value Mobile Prepaid available at Mobil stations and iConnect stores. Value Mobile Prepaid subscribers have options to register to any of the Flexible Unlimited Prepaid Plans like ALLDAY, ALLNYT, ALLWEEK, DATADAY, DATAWEEK, DATAMONTH and the popular ALLIN. Value Mobile Prepaid subscribers can enter reload cards via SMS sending of registration commands to 500 or downloading the Value Mobile Prepaid App from the Google Play Store. By availing of the Value Mobile Prepaid mobile service, users accept and agree to comply with all Value Mobile Terms and Conditions and its Acceptable Use Policy and be responsible for all users of their account.
